REQUIRED FOR PERSONNEL WHO: -Have direct responsibility for placement of Traffic Control Devices (TCDs) -Have direct responsibility for field maintenance of TLDs. -Inspect placement or operational function of TCDs. -Draft or generate work zone traffic control plans. -16 hours long -Classroom instruction and workshops -600 Index of Florida Design Standards -50 Question qualification test
