REQUIRED FOR PERSONNEL WHO:

• Have Responsibility For Flagging Operations.

• Minimum areas covered are Flagger Control from THE MUTCD, Design Standards Index 600, and the general information for traffic control work zones.

• Participant must demonstrate knowledge and proficiency in flagging operations.

• Field demonstration/dexterity test using hand signaling devices for flagging operations.
