Service Description

REQUIRED FOR PERSONNEL WHO: -Have Responsibility For Flagging Operations. -Minimum areas covered are Flagger Control from THE MUTCD, Design Standards Index 600, and the general information for traffic control work zones. -Participant must demonstrate knowledge and proficiency in flagging operations. -Field demonstration/dexterity test using hand signaling devices for flagging operations.
